The Design 4 Change project is a collaboration between third year graphic design students and local non-profit organizations. The purpose is to provide students with an opportunity to develop and apply Fanshawe College’s Silex learning experiences and the job skills for the future learning commitment.
The objective of the Design 4 Change project was to develop a fresh, contemporary aesthetic while retaining an artistic sensibility. The incorporation of graffiti aimed to convey a rebellious and innovative design perspective. The drip effect was strategically introduced to delineate the boldness, creating a distinct separation from the handwritten, graffitied “four” and adding an element of dynamic creativity to the overall design.
